In honor of their determination to overcome obstacles and work towards
a successful future.  Twin sisters who were separated but grew up to succeed together.
Currently attending nursing school.

Foster Care Graduate

Entered foster care at age 15 determined to succeed in life. At 16 she began working to save for college and today is a student at Florida Atlantic University.

For its state and national leadership in addressing the problems faced by older youth in foster care and young adults formerly in care.

For recognizing and addressing the legal needs of youth who have cases in both the dependency and delinquency courts.

Ms. Ashely Kyle
Foster Care Graduate

Ashley entered care at the age of 5 months and is currently in Community College with plans to go to a 4-year university. She works for Connected By 25 as a youth advocate and helped develop a teen line to give foster youth a voice and access to resources.
