Nov 2006 - Foster Children to receive Developmental Services: DCF and the Agency for Person with Disabilities have begun to comply with new Fl. Stat. 393.065, legislation conceived by Florida's Children First and sponsored by Senator Nan Rich, to prioritize services for children in the child welfare system (see memo Waiver Enrollment)

September 2006 - Supreme Court issues full opinion in FG v APD, elaborating on its previous Order.

June 30 2006 - Supreme Court finds juvenile judge has the authority to subpoena duces tecum officers of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to testify and/or produce any and all records and reports related to a child's status with the Medicaid waiver program and services rendered. May 2006 - Decision announced in Russell. v. Agency for Persons with Disabilities, 929 So. 2d 601 (Fla 1st DCA 2006) (supporting the right of children in foster care to receive developmental services on a crisis basis)  Andrea Moore, Executive Director, Florida's Children First; Bernard P.
